God damn, I forgot how ill this song really is

Gay, imbedding dagger is there again but, you get the picture.

Mondee night I had to go help New Michelle move (congrats on the place again chica!). Which was cool, moving can be fun, it's a life cleanser if you will. You get to either find all the cool shit you forgot you had or throw away all the wack shit you wondered why you bought.

Well, after the festivities, New Michelle's viewing selection was limited to "Mean Girls" and "8 Mile." After filling the spank bank with images of my girl Lacy, New Michelle's brother Mark threw in "8 Mile." Wade's been pushing this movie on me for quite sometime. But, we skimmed through all the BS and only watched the final battle. And voila, this instrumental was being played. I forgot how freaking dope this beat actually is. Drove myself creazy thinking of it, but finally remembered. It's one of those songs at least for me, that I can listen to over and over. This is another song that usually makes me think a lot. The lyrics are ill, but the beat is what does it for me.

I think I've realized that I've forgotten more music than most know about. Sad, but true.

Oh and this video ushered in the DKNY movement, which was a fly time. There I go again, thinkin' about the past. I might rock my '95's to the grocery store now just because.

There you go Twan, more rap, less sap, holla!

And you picked an excellent track as well. It's kind of strange because Onyx isn't a name you hear too often these days, but they definitely had their impact.

You know, 8 mile was on VH1 last night. Not as good as the unedited version but I still enjoyed the battle. I'll let you borrow the movie.
